Delivery and processing time
We currently ship to selected European countries: The Netherlands, Belgium, Germany, France, Luxembourg, Spain, Italy and Austria.
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1 business day from the date of purchase, excluding weekends and holidays. During peak seasons or promotional periods processing times may vary.
Returns
Due to the nature of our products we generally do not accept returns. As our products fall within the category of personal care items we comply to strict standards of safety and hygiene.
Please note: in line with applicable EU consumer law, unopened and unused products returned in their original sealed condition may be eligible for return within fourteen days of delivery at your own cost. Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide you with further return instructions by email.
Products whose seal has been broken cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons.
This policy is in place to protect the health and safety of our customers and to encourage thoughtful responsible purchasing.
Shipping methods
All orders are sent with track and trace allowing you to follow your package. The availability of shipping methods may vary depending on your location.

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight, dimensions and destination of your order.
Delivery time
Delivery times vary depending on the destination of your order. For orders shipped within The Netherlands we aim to deliver the next working day. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather delays or carrier issues may impact delivery times.
Change of shipping address
If you need to change your shipping address for an order that has already been placed, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed for shipping.
Order cancelation
We aim to ship orders out as quickly as possible. Once your order enters processing it's on its way to you in no time. You have a window of 2 hours from the time you place your order to request a cancelation. Just reach out to us via email: info@faeora.com with your order number and we'll take care of the rest.
Defective or damaged items
If you receive a defective or damaged product please contact our customer service team immediately. We will provide instructions on how to return the item and arrange a replacement or refund.
