Terms and conditions

Article 1 – Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply. Faeora refers to the company registered in the Netherlands. The Buyer refers to any natural person or legal entity entering into an agreement with Faeora. Products refer to the oral care products offered by Faeora via its website. An Agreement refers to the purchase agreement concluded between Faeora and the Buyer.

Article 2 – Applicability

These Terms & Conditions apply to all offers, orders, and agreements between Faeora and the Buyer. By placing an order through the website, the Buyer confirms having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions. Any deviations from these Terms & Conditions are only valid if explicitly agreed upon in writing. Information provided on the website is for general informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.

Article 3 – Offers and Agreement

All offers and product information provided on the Faeora website are non-binding and subject to change. Faeora makes every effort to present its Products accurately but cannot guarantee that all information is free from typographical or technical errors. An Agreement is concluded once the Buyer completes the ordering process and payment has been successfully processed. Information provided on the website is for general informational purposes and may be updated from time to time.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment

All prices are listed in euros and include VAT unless stated otherwise. Payment must be made in advance using the payment methods available on the website. Faeora reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order in the event of payment irregularities, suspected misuse, or fraud.

Article 5 – Delivery

Faeora will ship Products to the delivery address provided by the Buyer. Delivery times shown on the website are indicative and not guaranteed. Delays in delivery do not entitle the Buyer to compensation or cancellation of the Agreement. The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal and Returns

The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the Agreement within fourteen days of receiving the Product, in accordance with applicable EU consumer law. This right does not apply to sealed Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene or health protection reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery. If a Product is returned unopened, unused, and in its original sealed condition, the Buyer may exercise the right of withdrawal. Return shipping costs are borne by the Buyer unless the return is the result of an error by Faeora. Any refund will be processed within fourteen days after the returned Product has been received and inspected.

Article 7 – Product Use and Responsibility

Faeora’s Products are intended for everyday oral care use only. The Buyer is responsible for using the Products in accordance with the instructions provided on the packaging and on the Faeora website. Faeora does not provide medical advice, and Buyers with specific health concerns are advised to seek professional guidance before using the Products. Faeora products are intended exclusively for adult only use. Keep out of reach of children and animals.

Article 8 – Liability

Faeora is only liable for direct damages resulting from intent or gross negligence. Faeora is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of income or profits. Nothing in these Terms & Conditions limits or excludes liability where such limitation is not permitted under applicable law, including statutory product liability.

Article 9 – Complaints

Any complaints must be submitted within a reasonable time after discovery and clearly described. Complaints can be sent via email to info@faeora.com. Faeora will respond to complaints within fourteen days of receipt.

Article 10 – Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights relating to the Faeora brand, including but not limited to trademarks, trade names, logos, designs, text, and images displayed on the website, are owned by Faeora or its licensors. Faeora® is a registered trademark. Any use, reproduction, distribution, or other exploitation of these materials without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

Article 11 – Privacy

The processing of personal data is governed by Faeora’s Privacy Policy, which is available on the website.

Article 12 – Force Majeure

Faeora is not liable for failure to fulfill its obligations if such failure is the result of circumstances beyond its reasonable control. This includes, but is not limited to, natural disasters, government measures, strikes, transport disruptions, interruptions in payment or IT systems, and delays or failures caused by suppliers, manufacturers, logistics partners, or other third parties engaged by Faeora.

Article 13 – Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes arising from these Terms & Conditions shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Article 14 – Amendents

Faeora reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most recent version will always be available on the website. Continued use of the website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
